TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Contractual Agreement

By accessing or using the CCDevs platform, registering an account, commenting on tutorials, or using our resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To unlock dynamic capabilities, course tracking, and engagement tools, you may register an account using Supabase Auth (via Email/Password or Google Sign-In).

• You must supply accurate registration details, including display names.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• CCDevs administrators reserve the right to disable or suspend accounts (is_disabled status) that violate community rules or participate in abusive behavior.
• Premium memberships (is_premium) are linked to a single individual and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

3. Community Code of Conduct & Comments

CCDevs offers an interactive blog and tutorial comment section open to authenticated users and validated guests. When using these communication features, you agree to:

• Refrain from posting spam, advertisements, duplicate contents, malware links, or malicious scripts.
• Respect other community members—abuse, harassment, and hate speech are strictly prohibited.
• Acknowledge that guest comments require providing a valid name and email address.
• Agree that CCDevs uses spam detection models tracking hashes, User-Agents, and IP information to flag and automatically queue comments for moderation.
• Understand that administrators have full rights to reject, approve, or soft-delete comments to maintain site quality.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage License

Unless otherwise stated, all material on CCDevs, including articles, lessons, curricula, resource directories, design files, and platform code, is the property of CCDevs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The platform, including all codes, tutorials, and templates, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. CCDevs does not guarantee that the site will always be online, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from using the site.

6. Policy Updates and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When modifications occur, we will update the "Last Updated" timestamp at the top of this document. Continued usage of the site signifies your agreement to any modified terms.
